一 |     PVC机构观点汇总期货公司方向核心逻辑广州期货震荡PVC亏损促供应收缩、库存环比下降，但绝对库存高企、地产拖累需求偏弱；成本支撑限制下跌，需求实质回暖前反弹空间有限。南华期货震荡供应端受亏损约束且近期去库，对价格有支撑；但内需疲弱、库存同比高增，供需双弱，库存压力仍存，向上驱动有限。

二 |     (ECNS) -- The Chinese Football Association (CFA) said on Wednesday it has launched an investigation into reports that three of its staff members received "inappropriate hospitality" from the Korea Football Association (KFA) during a referee exchange visit to South Korea in 2012.    The CFA said in a statement that it takes the matter seriously and will publish its findings in due course.    South Korean media recently alleged the KFA provided sexual entertainment to foreign referees and match officials before and after seven international matches in 2011–2012, including World Cup and Olympic qualifiers.    The KFA issued a statement on Aug. 8 denying current misconduct, pledging reforms to improve transparency and restore trust, and urging that national team achievements not be undermined.                        。
