一 |     Colombo, Oct 12 (UNI) Former Norwegian Minister Erik Solheim has been appointed an International Climate Adviser to Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe along with former Maldivian President Mohamed Nasheed, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.
Solheim said in a Twitter post that he was proud to be named the President's International Climate Adviser together with Nasheed, the Daily News reported.
“Good meeting with ... Wickremesinghe. The President has a great vision for green economic recovery and for Sri Lankan climate leadership,” he said.
Solheim was the chief architect of an internationally-backed peace process in Sri Lanka that tried to bring together the government and the Tamil Tigers to end long years of ethnic conflict.

二 | 保護責任者遺棄の疑いで逮捕されたのは、静岡県東部に住む女（28）と交際相手の男（28）の2人です。警察によりますと、2人は共謀して、きのう午後2時ごろ、女の8歳の息子を三島市の山中に置き去りにした疑いが持たれています。

三 | 言うことを聞かなかった息子を反省させる目的で男が山中に連れていき、置き去りにしたとみられています。置き去りにされた男の子が近くの施設に助けを求め、施設のスタッフが「山に置き去りにされた少年を保護している」と警察に連絡し事件が発覚、警察が2人から事情を聴き、逮捕に至りました。
